About the Opportunity: What's Involved?

During your time with Rail Projects Victoria, you will be involved in a wide range of procurement and commercial activities, such as contract support and negotiations, preparation and review of procurement documentation while supporting project teams. You will liaise with key stakeholders on procurement related issues, bid evaluations, analyse the assessment of claims under the Project Agreement and provide transaction management support to stakeholders. About You

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in kickstarting their career in procurement, accounting, commerce or finance. It would be preferred if you have strong written and verbal communication skills, display strong attention to detail and are someone who enjoys building positive working relationships. If you consider yourself to have a can-do attitude and are good at managing yourself in ambiguous situations, this could be the role for you!

To be eligible you must be currently studying for an undergraduate degree and remain enrolled during the course of the IBL Program. You also must hold Working Rights in Australia that allow you to work full-time (38hrs/wk).

To comply with the Victorian Government's Roadmap and CHO Directions, it is required that successful candidates submit a valid record of immunisation that identifies that they have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or have a medical exception signed by a duly authorised medical practitioner.
