This is a fundamental role for the bank, and you will have exposure to financial services applications including Core Banking, Internet Banking, call centre, CCTV applications as well as exposure to active directory, Group Policies and mobile data management technologies.
You will also be an integral part of a high performing team responsible for technology solutions, projects and support to Police Bank as well as have the opportunity to work with multiple service providers in a dynamic and application diverse environment.

What will you be doing?
You will perform your role in a fast paced environment addressing a variety of level 1 and Level 2 tasks and providing superior internal service, over the phone, in person and online to employees including troubleshooting, software installation and configuration, tuning and network support.
