Responsibilities
- Register costings into the system (auto rating/costing)
- Enter/update new rates (lines) - client/supplier upon registration of supplier invoices, check and approve buy rates with supplier invoice
- Confirm supplier invoices once posted based on the buy rates/quotation/costings
- Match up / check the AR invoice posted in comparison to the quotation/client rate
- Coordinate with supplier and client for rate validity
- Send discrepancies to relevant contacts in the office
- Detention processing
Requirements
- At least 2-year of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or
- Shipping industry is a requirement
- Must have high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Must have excellent communication and typing skills
- With advanced knowledge in MS Office
- Willing to work in Ortigas or Cubao area
- Can start ASAP
