- Installs and performs minor repairs to hardware, software and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications
- Physical hardware on-site replacement and troubleshooting of servers and PC desktops
- Provides technical know-how and assists company employees in utilizing computer applications or software enhancements
- Performs desktop and application support as requested by internal customers
- Tracks and maintains accurate inventory of all computing equipment
- Creates, updates and maintains internal website or intranet
- Any other duties relating to IT as requested
Requirements
- Candidate must be a graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any other computer-related courses
- Good user support experience
- Has very good understanding of software concepts
- Able to learn new applications quickly
- Has ability to provide support for these applications
- Able to continually tweak and fine tune to better meet our specific requirements
- Appreciate working in a live environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Amenable to shifting schedule
- Willing to work in Ortigas
