Your responsibilities

• Regularly perform preventive maintenance tasks on computers to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Address hardware and software issues promptly to prevent downtime.
• Hardware Setup and Deployment to the newly requested workstation.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of computers in training rooms and operational areas.
• Regularly format and optimize systems to improve performance.
• Assist in setting up OBP accounts for newly hired employees and new clients accounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate account creation based on IT team guidelines.
• Collaborate with the IT Asset Management (ITAM) team to maintain an accurate inventory of IT equipment.
• Assist in tracking and managing hardware assets efficiently.
