About the role

This internship opportunity reports to the Labelling Manager and involves developing and maintaining end user documentation such as manuals, instructions and guides for Nanosonics’ products and accessories

Key responsibilities include:

  • Compliance with applicable global regulations such as Medical Device, Dangerous Goods, radiocommunication etc
  • Update[JR1] the Quality Management System policies and procedures, such as the SOPs and WI’s that underpin labelling
  • Liaise with the project teams and internal stakeholders to ensure the user documentation meets the appropriate requirements, including regulatory, marketing, quality, and design
  • Assist with the translation process of the user documentation
  • Work alongside the software and design team to obtain accurate product representations for use in the user documentation such as screen shots and product images
  • Support product labelling projects

About you

Ideally, you will have a tertiary qualification (or working towards) in Engineering, Science, Technical Writing, or a related discipline, but this is not essential.  However, you will be a highly organised self-starter with superior proficiency in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of technology, especially handheld devices and cloud applications

  • Experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical or other similar regulated industry is an advantage
