Key Responsibilities

  • Collate agendas and minutes for all marketing related meetings.
  • Update Salesforce with all marketing and company contact information.
  • Collate samples of all print materials / ads & file electronically and hard copy / archive.
  • Undertake research projects and prepare decks as required, ensuring confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Arrange meetings (including but not limited to catering, video conference rooms, printing agendas).
  • Assist in the coordination of Marketing Manager diaries, travel requirements & meetings for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with competition winners by creating and sending letters, recording fulfilment, and contacting winners.
  • Assist the Marketing Managers in sending assets, updating copy and co-ordinating ticket requests.
  • Assist with MCG website updates and social media posts and planning.
  • Support the administration of the marketing budget (Purchase Orders, Invoices, Budget Tracking, Reconciliation, Expense Claims and Filing).
  • Support relationships with ad agencies, media, and marketing partners.
  • Assist in the organisation and running of special events, opening nights and launches.
  • Assist in the administration of campaign reporting by collating relevant marketing information from a variety of sources as directed by Marketing Managers.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements 

  • Tertiary degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related area of study.
  • Strong interest in working in a commercial entertainment business.
  • Web savvy and confident social media user.
  • Solid computer skills including, Microsoft Word, Excel​, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to complete work as directed.
  • Commercially focused and results driven.
  • Strong numeracy skills.
