Hardings Hardware is currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable individual to join the team as a Pricing Administrator working with our Victorian sites based at our Reservoir Support Office.
This position will suit an enthusiastic and motivated individual with strong attention to detail with a focus on effectively managing the start to end process of a customer-pricing request. Working with various team members, you will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid, long-term relationships.
• Maintain all requests received to the Pricing team promptly
• Working with the broader sales and support teams to ensure timely and accurate response rates to requests
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive Costs are attained
• Provide Builders product alternatives and/or Proposals
• Provides input and support as part of the national pricing team to customer and pricing related issues and projects
• General administration and reporting as required
• Can communicate effectively to internal and external key stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Can adapt to a changing and ambiguous situation and make sound and timely recommendations to achieve desired business outcomes
• Have the ability to proactively scan the end to end tender process, approach problem-solving, and advise on the best-streamlined procedure
• Have excellent product skills, sound judgment, and decision making
• Industry/product specific knowledge in sanitary ware & appliances is preferable
