Due to an internal promotion, we have an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Coordinator, Payments and Gift Cards to establish their career with a National FMCG that supports the success of our independent retailers.

We are seeking a graduate with commercial qualifications to join our Corporate Payments Department in Macquarie Park, NSW.  The Coordinator is an important role that supports our independent retailers by growing revenue and reducing their Cost of Doing business.  This position’s purpose is to support this function by providing coordination of various administration tasks, customer service, and reporting. 

What you’ll do

• Operational accountability for retailers engaging with Metcash payments
• Execution of daily gift card sales activities
• Primary point of contact for internal staff to the Gift card program
• Providing customer service support to the external team
