We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Graduate Engineers to join our project delivery teams. You will be joining a well-established and reputable mid-tier civil contractor with an exciting opportunity for growth in the company. At McIlwain you will get exposure to real projects, on-the-job training and gain invaluable experience supported by a well-established engineering team.

We are looking for candidates that are interest in learning the multi-facets of the civil industry. Some prior exposure to civil infrastructure will be highly regarded.

Successful candidates will need to demonstrate the following:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
• Experience or Exposure to the Civil Construction environment working on earthworks, roadworks, structures, pavements or drainage advantageous.
• Proficient with specifications and computer software (Excel, Word, CivilPro).
• Self-motivated and reliable.
• Strongly developed communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to drive a strong positive safety culture onsite with a proactive commitment to work health and safety, environment, and quality.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.
