MACA Civil are seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer to join one of our civil projects team on a 15:6 roster FIFO from Perth! We are delivering civil works for valued clients in the Southwest, Pilbara and Goldfields.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering.
• A practical capability to offer technical support to our project supervisors.
• An understanding of managing procurement, plant, equipment and resources.
• Oversee quality management including necessary documentation.
• Contractor experience with a distinct understanding how to add value and identify continuous improvement ideas both immediate and long term.
• A distinct ability to meet deadlines and work within timeframes to deliver targets safely.
• Sound knowledge of safety systems and processes. 
• Minimum 3 years’ working in a similar level role with experience in an operational construction environment essential!
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the operation.
