Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking an Administrator to join our modern head office based in Dandenong South. The position will be responsible for providing administrative support to all projects and Head Office employees.  

Responsibilities will include:

  • Process a high volume of invoices and data entry of site documentation.
  • Accurate filing of accounts documentation according to MACA processes.
  • Creating and checking of purchase requisitions, ensuring they align with invoices.
  • Scanning of documentation for storage within database and drive.
  • Collating information and assisting in the preparation of reports.
  • Data entry of Daily timesheets accurately, including all leave forms and evidence; ensuring all is provided to payroll for processing.
  • Assisting with binding, copying, and laminating, as required.
  • Participate in end of month processing.
  • General office duties and clerical support to staff.

We are looking for:

  • Some experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Accurate data entry skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
  • Exposure to databases and computerised accounting systems.
  • Experience using Pronto, a distinct advantage.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong initiative and communication skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels.
  • Ability to prioritise and plan tasks.
