- Supporting, maintaining and improving an extensive server platform and related applications, across multiple domains and national locations;
- Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes;
- Troubleshooting any reported issues;
- Utilising enterprise-wide monitoring platforms;
- Updating and creating system documentation;
- Deploying system-wide software;
- Adhering to documented policies and procedures;
- Working as a team to solve complex ICT problems;
- Directly supporting customer missions through business ICT support.
