Your role

LegalVision is excited to be recruiting recent law graduates to join them as part of the July 2024 Graduate Program intake!

The intake will include full-time, permanent roles in the Disputes Resolution team.

Under the supervision of the Practice Leaders and Senior Lawyers, you’ll be communicating directly with clients and taking carriage of matters from your first few months! You’ll play a key role in helping clients to efficiently resolve their legal issues while providing an excellent client experience along the way.

The responsibilities of graduate lawyers may include (among other things):

• Dispute Resolution: Assisting clients with a broad range of commercial dispute and litigation matters, including debt recovery disputes, contract disputes, shareholder/director disputes, leasing, franchising and construction disputes, tax disputes and more. You will also advise clients on the compliance requirements of advertising collateral in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and specific regulatory requirements.

• Qualified with strong academics: You are a recent law graduate with strong grades and are either already admitted as a Lawyer or will be admitted by the end of 2024.
