Your role

This client-facing inside sales role offers the opportunity to work across multiple inbound channels, including email, live chat, inbound calls, and web leads. The candidate will be responsible for qualifying and triaging potential clients, ultimately booking them in for discovery meetings with the Business Development Managers. Ensuring an exceptional first impression and providing outstanding customer service to every client will be paramount.

This role is ideal for an early-career sales professional seeking experience in a dynamic start-up environment. High performers will benefit from dedicated mentoring and a clear path for progression into a Business Development Management position. Transparent targets and a competitive base plus a commission package are offered.

Prior experience in similar roles is desirable but not essential. Comprehensive formal and on-the-job training in both sales and Australian commercial law will be provided, empowering the candidate to accurately qualify potential clients and identify their legal needs.
