Your role

As a Graduate Systems Support Engineer, you will:

• Provide exemplary support to the clients, troubleshooting a variety of systems-related issues.
• Supporting clients with the installation and configuration of Ansys products and troubleshooting any issues that arise across various hardware and operating systems.
• Contribute to their knowledge base by developing best practices, solutions, and FAQs
• Develop and deploy cutting-edge cloud-based applications for both internal and external users.

About you

LEAP values curiosity, passion, and a commitment to learning. If you possess:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• A strong academic background in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or Engineering.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows OS, network configurations, firewalls, and scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
• A deep understanding of computer hardware.
