About the Program:

We know how hard it is to balance work, study and life so don’t stress - all our Graduates are paid and offered additional study leave to allow our Graduates to operate in a truly flexible environment and one that allows them to fully integrate into our business and work with members of our team in our Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and London offices.

Learning & Development Program:

We like to do things a little different at Law Squared and our learning and development are noareifferent - we tailor your development plan to you and your goals. We believe in collaboration at all levels including goal setting, practical skills development and technical legal training.

We believe in all members of the firm having access to clients, being part of a collegiate environment and working together to build relationships with our clients and contribute to their success. As a result, we grow a culture and relationship with our clients that enable the team   and brand to always be front of mind

Practical Legal Training (PLT)

As part of our graduate program, Law Squared will:

  • Offer full-time employment for a 12 month
  • Cover the cost of your PLT and admission
  • Provide you with up to 10 days paid of leave (separate from annual leave entitlements) to attend and carry out assessments to complete PLT;

Eligibility:

  • This graduate program is open to Graduates in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane;

Candidates for the Law Squared graduate program will need:

  • To have completed their relevant law degree (either LLB or JD);
  • Have not completed PLT previously, or been admitted to practice in Australia; and
  • Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

Application Process:

Unlike other law firms, we don’t want to see the lengthy CV that you’ve copied and pasted and sent to other firms, we want you to be creative. Whether it’s a video, a written story, a photo, a poem, or a song, we want to get an idea of who you are and why you should be selected to become a Law Squared Graduate.
