Your role

Computer Operators at Kyndryl are key in helping revolutionize the way they operate complex computer systems. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, supervise and control intricate networks and applications, and operate distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment.  

As a Computer Operator, you will be on the technical frontline – performing batch operations as per service agreements, analyzing first-level issues across systems, and resolving/routing issues as appropriate. You will also have the opportunity to develop support system management processes specific to customer requirements, ensuring that Kyndryl provides the highest level of service to the customers.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors controls and operates complex computer systems, networks, applications and/or distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment.
  • Performs batch operations where and when required (according to service agreements).
  • Analyzes first-level problems for all systems (according to service agreements) and resolves/routes as appropriate.
  • Develops Supporting Systems Management Processes specific to client requirements and performs I/O (tape and print) duties where appropriate
