To respond to our growing business, KGF Australia is launching its inaugural Finance Graduate Program in 2022.
You will be the first to participate in this new, exciting and innovative Finance Graduate program. We have designed this program to develop a talented person, who will learn, train, and grow as a financial professional under a large finance team within our business to leapfrog your commercial career into the future. This means we will be providing you with the technical expertise working for professionally qualified accountants, business knowledge, professional skills, and ongoing support to be the best you can be working alongside our KGF’s agricultural graduate program
This program will provide you with an understanding that Finance plays a key role across all aspects of our business; you will gain this knowledge through the following functions:
The program is a 3-year scheme. You will predominantly be based at our corporate office in Birtinya on the Sunshine Coast. However, you will spend time-based at our Production Plant at Kilcoy, to help you gain an overall understanding of KGF.
Through the program, you will rotate annually through core functional finance areas of Accounting, Operations Finance, and FP&A building depth and breadth of experience and equipping the individual with the required skill set to forge a successful career in finance.
