Sales Support Consultant null

It is designed to give the incumbent entry into the company, working with the sales and technical teams initially in a support role. The aim of the Program is to help you establish and develop your business skills and provide you with experience across a range of sales, marketing, and business development operational functions within the company. As such we are looking for an individual that has a commitment to continuous growth and development, a passion to learn and the drive to succeed. We see the incumbent developing a broad set of commercial business skills that will lead them to being an active member of the sales team with their own sales accounts and access to the company bonus and incentive program.

Selection Criteria

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Sales Support Consultant who will report directly to the Area Sales Manager VIC/ SA /WA and provide sales support to the sales team.

• Experience, interest, or qualification in Mechanical and/or Electrical is preferred but not essential.
• Applicants must be able to work FULL-TIME hours, this is non-negotiable.
• A technical interest and aptitude along with sound levels of computer literacy is essential.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Emotional intelligence and the ability to build professional relationships with key stakeholders.
• An attention to detail.
• A confident can-do attitude.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Professionalism in their work, dress, and interactions.
