You will be fully trained to assist the COO / Production Manager with workflow planning, manufacturing job follow-up, process analysis, data entry, phone calls, customer relations, video conferencing and email communication.
You will work with Jubilee's computerised ERP system and our production processes.
You must be comfortable working with traditional businesspeople, factory workers, reports, data analysis, spreadsheets, and being part of a profitable capitalist family-owned enterprise with a focus on customer service and profitability.
You should enjoy learning and improving the business performance of both yourself and others that you work with or supervise.
The role is designed to transition the successful candidate in the medium to long-term, into a corporate manager.
You can apply basic scientific methods so as to improve and simplify our spring, wire and factory floor manufacturing operations.
