Your role

The search is on for a positive Marketing Coordinator to join a team responsible for managing a Shopping Centre portfolio.

A snapshot of the role:

• Assist in delivering marketing campaigns within set timeframes and budgets
• Engage and communicate with retailers on promotional opportunities and campaign objectives
• End-to-end management of seasonal events and activations
• Social media management
• Assist with the management of the marketing budget

About you

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will possess a background in retail or marketing, or perhaps be a recent Marketing graduate eager to launch their professional career
• You will ideally have some qualifications and basic experience in Marketing or PR
• Knowledge of social media marketing tools, such as Instagram, and Facebook from a business perspective is needed for this role
• In addition, you will have a positive approach to meeting client’s needs whilst managing tenant expectations in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
• You may come from a previous property or marketing background, preferably within the Retail sector
• Naturally confident you will be able to work independently and will have the ability to communicate with people at all levels
• You will have excellent time management, multi-tasking and administrative skills
• This role will appeal to a results-focused and self-motivated candidate
