Your role

Your key focus will be to translate the marketing and promotional ventures of the centre into individual tenant sales growth and to assist the Marketing Manager of the centre with day-to-day duties. You will have strong interpretive abilities, monitoring the sales and foot traffic reporting and translating this into meaningful reporting for the centre manager, portfolio marketing manager, leasing team and client.

An Overview of the role:

  • Develop and implement tactical marketing plans to deliver desired sales and traffic outcomes
  • Identify areas of cost savings in production and purchase of promotional materials
  • Assist management of the marketing budget, raising purchase orders and processing invoices in accordance with centre procedure
  • Deliver marketing campaigns within set timeframes and budgets
  • Initiate and coordinate events which raise Centre's profile and consumer interest
  • Managing stakeholder relations
  • Coordinate consumer feedback and investigate competitor activities and behaviour trends
