Your role

JLL has an exciting opportunity for a Lease Administrator to join the Property & Asset Management team. You will work on a diverse portfolio that includes commercial, retail, industrial, residential and community leasing.

A snapshot of the role:

  • Check rent review process (fixed and CPI) has been successfully completed each month
  • Lease abstractions of new lease setups and any lease modifications
  • First point of escalation for Property Managers regarding lease admin queries
  • Monthly reviews to ensure correct data is captured in property management software
  • Ad hoc administration tasks

About you

To be successful, you’ll be a confident self-starter who possesses excellent communication skills and a track record of successfully delivering best practices and quality to the business!

Requirements

  • University graduate (Property/Real Estate background) with at least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Working knowledge of commercial property and lease/licence processes
  • Previous experience with the use of lease management systems
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
