Your role

As a Lease Administration Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting the client-based lease administration team in handling lease-related activities and ensuring the smooth functioning of lease administration operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate lease data, liaising with landlords, managing lease documentation, and providing support to the Lease Administration team.

  • Ensure accuracy in lease abstraction instructions
  • Handle landlord queries and review landlord invoices for accuracy
  • Assist in rental reconciliations and lease administration tasks
  • Maintain vendor/landlord details as per requirements
  • Follow established procedures and process flows strictly according to guidelines
  • Develop a thorough understanding of lease administration and financial systems
  • Ensure compliance and data governance by managing various trackers
  • Perform document management and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Maintain compliance and audit understanding by saving relevant lease documentation

About you

Requirements

  • University graduate in Real Estate, Commerce, Finance, or Property Law OR at least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Understanding of commercial contracts
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience using property management/lease administration systems is a plus
