Your role

Contribute to the overall development and growth of JLL's Sustainability Strategy Consultancy services through:

  • Assisting the team in developing technical expertise in relation to the sustainability agenda in real estate.
  • Assisting the team in On-going development and improvement of the methodologies, models, and frameworks which they use to support the delivery of services to clients.
  • Building strong working relationships with client property and sustainability teams through the provision of accurate and timely advice and deliverables.
  • Assisting the team to develop carbon emissions reduction targets, such as Net Zero Carbon targets and Science Based Targets, and associated roadmaps and action plans for achieving these.
  • Assisting the team in Calculations of GHG emissions (based on NGER and GHG Protocol) and reporting these via mandatory and voluntary disclosure schemes
  • Carrying out research to support the delivery of services and thought leadership, enhancing client offerings, and ensuring the team remain at the forefront of emerging thinking.
  • Assisting the team in the Preparation of presentations, reports, workshops, and data analysis.
  • Effective time management and prioritisation of tasks to ensure delivery of services to clients on time and within budget.
  • Working as part of a team to deliver client workshops and engagements, and presenting information in a clear and compelling way.

About you

To apply, you need to be:

  • A passion for Sustainability and pulling together associated Data and Reporting.
  • Ready to complete or recently completed a degree in an analytical field such as engineering or economics. Or a minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant role e.g. sustainability or professional services assisting senior team members in an advisory capacity.
  • Intermediate Excel (or other analytical tools) – analysing, interpreting, and visualising data.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.
