We seek various levels of Residential and Mixed-Use Building Managers to join JLL. 

  • Senior Building Management 
  • Building Manager
  • Assistant Building Management
  • Relief Building Management

Your opportunity to work with a global leader on our assets across Sydney awaits these exciting opportunities.

An average day will see you take the reins on all facets of the day-to-day management operations. 

  • Supervise all service contracts, including security, concierge, cleaning, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and landscaping. 
  • Review, renew and source existing and current service contracts.
  • Site inductions for visitors, including contractors and new staff.
  • Promotion of a residential complex.
  • Liaising across the property residence, renter and owner-occupiers.
  • Provide building operations support, submit recommendations to improve efficiencies, write tenders, and undertake administrative tasks for various bodies, including residences.  
  • Carry out regular inspections of the property.
  • Ensure the property is maintained to a high standard, ensuring ongoing safety, management of WH&S matters and hygiene throughout.

What we are looking for: 

  • Technical ability around capital works, defects, and the various trades involved. 
  • Combining your organizational skills and eagerness to learn new skills.
  • Occupancy, space planning, data and project management skills will be advantageous. 
  • A highly flexible working style, with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities, is essential. 
  • You will take pride in the residence and the stakeholder's experience. 
  • Leadership Acumen with an exceptional personal presentation, being astute and perceptive of client's needs. With the emotional maturity to effectively manage diverse personalities.
  • You will have a proactive and flexible approach with stakeholders that ensures the resident experience is paramount and the assets are managed with pride.
  • You lead by example to adopt and champion operational procedures.
