Your role

As a Corporate Receptionist for a multinational tech client, you will be responsible for Administration and being a primary point of contact for the facility operations. The role includes management of office supplies, catering & weekly food orders, event/meeting coordination, tracking and input of invoices and processing of incoming & outgoing mail /packages. 

This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone from the hospitality/customer service industry wanting to enter the corporate world.

A snapshot of the role:

  • Perform office opening & closing procedures for client floor
  • Answer & transfer calls during business hours
  • Greet guests and maintain guest sign-in system
  • Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on-site client’s expectations are met
  • Build and develop effective client/stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation
  • Maintain the professional appearance of the work environment including the kitchen area, and stock cupboards with snacks/ beverages.
  • Shipping & receiving functions as the main contact for deliveries, and tracking all incoming packages from receipt to delivery of the item, properly receiving items in relevant office systems
  • Document and advise the manager of any identified equipment, furniture or fitting that requires maintenance
  • Procurement: Handling common office supplies requisition in the system
