Your role

This is an exciting opportunity to be a key member of the Brisbane Retail Leasing team and provide support in daily operations of the leasing business. JLL’s Retail Leasing team has lead the market for over 10 years now having been appointed and leased major retail centre developments and high street properties in the CBD to international brands.

An overview of the role:

  • Effectively manage data and systems for the leasing department.
  • Maintain and take responsibility for the leasing market database.
  • Liaise with the broader industry (agents, tenants and their advisers) to ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Assist in interpreting the data and preparation of market presentations and materials for the retail leasing team.
  • Assist the market leading retail leasing business in daily operations.
  • Cross-check and verify system data on a regular basis;
  • Maintain and upload internet listings.
  • Work with the JLL Research team and internal stakeholders to innovate their retail leasing materials and presentations.
  • Support the retail leasing team with marketing campaign management and processes.
  • Work with the retail management business and learn the business by working on renewals within the managed portfolio in the initial stage of your development which will transition to new lease deals in due course.

About you

You may be a recent property graduate who is looking at further developing your commercial property exposure. Critical to the success of the role is your strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders. Computer literacy in PowerPoint, Excel & Word is essential.
