Job Description

Within the Australian market, JLL Valuation Advisory delivers services across a premier client base incorporating all sectors of valuation practice for investment trusts, private clients, banks and financiers, and the public sector. The Australian Valuations team prides itself in having a strong commitment to professionalism and a high degree of specialization in each subsector of the property market.

Due to our success and growth, we have an opportunity for an additional graduate Valuer or analyst in our Gold Coast office.

What this job involves

You will be tasked with end-to-end property valuation report preparation including research, inspection, reporting, and liaising with clients. The role is specifically in the residential development sector and working on land subdivisions and residential and mixed-use apartment projects.  You will be mentored by a director and spend your time gaining practical, hands-on experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Compiling and verifying market evidence through industry contacts.
  • Undertaking financial modeling and analysis in both excel and industry-based models.
  • Provide direct assistance as required to enable the Valuations team to effectively undertake its functions.
  • Valuation and consultancy advice-based reporting to clients.

Ideally, you will have completed, or are about to complete, your property-related tertiary studies, or have relevant previous experience in the commercial property industry. You will require strong communication and analytical skills and have an enquiring mind. Attention to detail and a team-orientated flexible attitude will ensure your success in the role.
