Your role

Due to internal promotion, JLL is currently seeking an Assistant Transaction Manager to form part of the Transaction Manager team. Whether you are looking to have a career in administration and are keen to remain a Leasing Coordinator, or are looking for more challenges within Transaction Management, this could be your next role!

As an Assistant Transaction Manager, you will be responsible for delivering optimum commercial outcomes for their Client’s property strategy which includes securing tenure for BAU sites and portfolio cost reduction. You will be involved in the delivery of end-to-end transaction management activities including BAU renewals, renegotiations and divestment to secure tenure within the national property portfolio. You will also support the Lease Admin and Finance function in rent roll variance reporting and budget development. The national portfolio is growing, spanning across different asset classes in the commercial space.
