Your role

This role will suit an up-and-comer/ rising star from the commercial property industry who wants to take full advantage of this chance for succession planning, personal growth, and development.  At the start of your journey, you will build an understanding of their business approach together with an awareness of the systems, processes and procedures. Their aim is to develop your skills progressively to learn all there is to know about Property Management!

Here’s a snapshot of your role (with support from the Property Managers);

  • Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Lease administration and monitoring critical dates including lease expiries, bank guarantees and insurance
  • Issuing purchase orders and setting up contracts in MRI
  • Monitoring tenant arrears and helping with monthly reporting, annual budgets and outgoing reconciliations
  • Liaising with our operations manager/s, contractors, tenants and owners as required
  • Supporting the PMs with any other administration, property related tasks when needed

About you

Here's what JLL is looking for in this role:

  • You have a great ‘can-do’ attitude with excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • You’re capable of building rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders and are a self-starter who can take initiative, always striving for the best outcomes.
  • JLL are looking for skills in Word, Excel, and accounting/ finance and you are passionate about the real estate industry holding some transferable/ relatable hands-on experience.
  • You might be a graduate with skills as a Lease administrator, Property Administrator, Property Paralegal, or Research Analyst, ready to kick-start a long-term career in Property Management!
