What this opportunity involves:

Due to business growth, we are looking for a personable, professional, and proactive Analyst to join our Tenant Representation Team! In this varied and busy role, you’ll be responsible for assisting our successful team in day-to-day operations.

A snapshot of the role:

  • Assist in preparation of pitch documents and submissions
  • Updating of database including Focus with property availability and recent deal information
  • Source, collate, review and analyze market data
  • Develop and operate financial models and analysis

You may be a recent property graduate who is looking at further developing your commercial property exposure. You will possess an understanding of investment market dynamics, outstanding analytical skills, and a good level of financial numeracy, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs in particular Excel. This role requires strong planning and organizational skills, with an ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple demands.

Experience within the commercial property industry is preferred, however, is not essential.
