Your role

JLL is seeking a dedicated Analyst to provide general marketing and analytical support to the Industrial Agency Team to increase their effectiveness and financial performance in the Commercial market. In this dynamic role, you will learn and eventually demonstrate a strong understanding of the property market specific to industrial sales and leasing, with the ambition to transition into an Agency role.

Here’s a snapshot of the role:

  • Responsible to maintaining all data input for the entire industrial team
  • Create and maintain all property listings in internal database
  • Manage all property marketing material
  • Work closely with other support staff to ensure timely and accurate work
  • Liaise with various external and internal stakeholders to write and produce detailed property marketing reports.
  • Produce advertising material for press advertising and online content.
  • Assume overall responsibility for the creation and delivery of top quality pitch documents for major assets, primarily in the commercial sector.
  • Source, collect and collate sales evidence as is and preparation of detailed Sales Analyses.

About you

Here's what JLL Australia is looking for in this role:

Ideally (but not necessary), you will be a graduate or currently studying a Property/similar-based Degree with optional property experience an advantageous. You will absolutely need to have excellent work ethic and desire to progress within the business as well as prioritise tasks. Key skills include:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong interest in commercial property industry
  • Ambition to become a property sales and leasing agent
