Your role

The Jefferies Australia Women In Banking  Graduate Program provides female and students who identify as female with an unparalleled experience within the investment banking industry.

The program allows graduates to gain experience and mentorship from some of the most experienced bankers in Australia and offers one-on-one mentorship from senior female banking leaders.  From your commencement at Jefferies, you will be supported to develop a diverse range of technical and analytical skills and apply these in real-world situations for Jefferies’ clients.

Graduates will have unique exposure to a broad range of coverage areas across M&A, Equity Capital Markets and Debt Capital Markets.

About you

Candidates who apply should have outstanding academic achievement, have an academic background in finance, economics,  accounting and/or Law and be seeking full-time employment in 2025.  

Ideally, a student who has completed or is due to complete their undergraduate course work in 2024 or has already graduated or completed a post-graduate degree, perhaps returned from travelling, or is currently employed in the finance industry but has not secured a suitable role and seeking to take the next step into investment banking via a graduate pathway. 

This is an exciting opportunity for female STEM students or women studying a degree in finance or law to secure a career-defining role as a graduate with a leading global Investment Bank.
