Company is flexible on working from home or in office and they also allow you to start early so you can finish early, however you do have to work the full eight hours every day.

The work hours are pretty normal - 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM every day, and I work from home every Thursday because I have a training at 7:30 AM on Thursdays.
