Happy with salary though hard costs on commission can be frustrating

In a sales role your earnings can be endless. The company is generous when it comes to your bonuses/commissions from sales.

The base salary could be higher and more competitive. However, there are good bonus and profit share scheme involved. That being said, the delay to receive profit shares on your event can sometimes feel unnecessarily long.

Yet to get a paycheck or make a commission but the ability to double or triple my base is extremely exciting and actually possible.

They have a very clear bonuses structure here, so I'm okay with that. I'm quite satisfied with the pay, too, although inflation happens hahaha.
