The interview process is designed to understand the candidate and personal and career goals the candidate has. IQPC not only looks for a candidate to be a good fit, but also if the company can add value to the candidate and improve their career and help with their goals. The company assesses your eagerness to learn something new.

I had a phone call first to ask a few questions then I had to follow up interviews after that. I was also assigned a brief task to complete as well so they could get an understanding of where I was at with my skill level.

Zoom interviews with different departments at the company

The interview process at IQPC is quite quick if you are a great candidate. They don't drag it out and are very efficient in getting people interviewed. I would say that the process was very smooth and they made me feel very welcome from the very first interview.

The interview surprised me it's certainly the most vigorous set of interviews I've had before, but I am glad they gave me a small taste of the work I'd be doing before I began.

Personally, for me, it was a great process because it was a very quick and straightforward one. I got a call from the HR, and then asked a few basic questions, and then she immediately scheduled a Zoom interview with my (currently) managers. After the first interview, I got an email saying I passed the first round and they scheduled a second interview with me. I think I got accepted one or two days after the second interview. The whole process took less than 1.5 weeks for me.

Questions about my life and experiences and how I am as a person
Midlevel, Sydney - 15 Jul 2022
The usual questions, nothing particularly intense however they are very understanding of graduates and the fact that you can't be expected to have a huge breadth of industry and working experience. They tailor questions to the candidate and their experiences in order to get the best out of you in the interviews.

Top 3 features of a great salesman; what does your average day look like? what experience do you have? what was your last job like? why did you leave your last job? do you see yourself working here?
Midlevel, Sydney - 15 Jul 2022
From memory, I think most of it was about my experience and what I learned in uni. And the others were the usual interview questions about my goals, etc. There wasn't anything too surprising.

Be yourself and bring your personality. Obviously, being competent with the day-to-day workload is a must, however, there are many things we can train you on. What we can't train is a positive and ambitious attitude, you need to bring that. Enthusiasm, ambition, positivity and an outgoing spirit will carry you a long way and one of the biggest factors to what we look for.

The only tip is to be authentic and don't prepare too many formal answers because in the end I know we're only looking for good people who are willing to learn.
