My managers are very supportive, which is the main reason for my growth within the company. They are always approachable. They are constantly checking on how you're doing. They celebrate every small win and provide feedback when needed. If you are finding something hard, they will try their best to help you and understand your perspective.

Yes, management is extremely accessible and are always keen to learn about your aspirations and goals. They have always been very invested in my career and time and they always want to see you succeed. Performance feedback is always given and they are very involved in your projects at all times. They offer great feedback and advice which is always helpful, not just critical. Praise and recognition is always given through office wide emails which go out all the time. They love to applaud great work.

Personally, I'm very satisfied with my manager. He checks up on me every day and he always tries his best to make me happy and satisfied with what I'm working on. I also appreciate the continuing training (formal or informal) he did with me. He never micromanages me and he puts a lot of trust in me which I really appreciate.

Yes, they are very hands-on but at the same time still trust you to work independently. They are always available for help and training.
