Cold calling new prospects following up inbound enquiries progressing discussions closing deals

In my role I have a well-structured day. I have a plan of action set out for the day. My role involves prospecting, outbound phone calls, meetings, researching, collaborating with other teams, sharing ideas and expanding my network. I get exposed to different events and topics that are hot in the market. I am in control and in charge of how successful my day can be.

Researching data in order to compile a list of those who will be invited to company events.

Lead sourcing and making calls/ meeting's

In my day-to-day, I am responsible for the oversight and development of our digital content and digital delivery/experience for clients. This involves client briefs, content creation in the form of reports, event agendas, marketing copy etc, digital delivery of our virtual events and webinars, lead generation and content marketing.

Still in training at the moment and very much enjoying it. slowly getting more responsibilities and doing a lot more research on leads.

The rating is based on my capacity and experience only. My day-to-day responsibilities include calling, emailing, and basically reaching out to potential leads that might be interested in purchasing a pass to our healthcare conference. I rate this a 6 because I personally get anxious from calling people and sometimes the pressure of keeping up with the KPIs and reaching the target gets me. However, I'm grateful because my manager has always been there to guide and support me and I know he always tries his best to make sure I'm happy and comfortable!
