Diversity at IQPC

Never had any issues with the aforementioned

IQPC has people form almost all backgrounds. We've got women leading some of the teams. Many different nationalities work here and I love it!

There is a large number of women within the company, which actually outweighs the men. There is also a lot of different cultures within the workplace.

As far as I am aware we endeavour to make our office as diverse and inclusive as possible

IQPC Australia is a very diverse company. Many of the team were born in another country and came to Australia for university or work opportunities. Everyone is incredibly accepted of each other and in my three years, I've never heard anyone say anything negative towards the diversity of our team. That being said, I think the company as a whole could do a lot more in terms of its social responsibility, however this is something being worked on and planned amongst the team. It would be great to see the company celebrate certain events more frequently.

Haven't spoken to too many people yet but there are people from all different backgrounds it's great.

I am a minority myself and I've never felt excluded, even since the interview process.

I feel like everyone is different in so many ways, and it's great! Different backgrounds, different stories but we all still work well together!

The company doesn't judge by backgrounds. They give equal opportunity for everyone to apply.

I would say there is a lot more work to be done to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds, specifically. That being said, anyone can apply for a role at IQPC and will be reviewed in the exact same way. It's more about what you bring to the role and the company, if we think you will bring energy, confidence, and a new spark to the office then you'll be assessed and invited to join the team accordingly.
