Work hard, play hard social events couple of times a year

IQPC has always been a fun place to work at due to the colleagues and the company culture. Firstly, we have a beautiful office space. We collaborate with different teams, we receive great guidance and help from our managers. We have our coffee catch ups, after work catch ups for a drink on Fridays, birthday lunches and even office outings to appreciate everyone's efforts and celebrate wins.

Everything is good. Everyone at the company is really friendly both during and after work hours. It is a very supportive and understanding company to work for.

Everyone is super friendly

IQPC Australia's company culture is growing. We've seen a big shift towards encourage active social participation from colleagues, in and out of the office. After COVID, we felt it was important to get us all socialising again, and our new head of social committee will do a great job to organise social gatherings and get the teams working together. There is not too much of a social hierarchy in the office, like most companies there are small groups of people who have similar interests, but overall, everyone gets along very well and we all enjoy working with one another.

everyone is very kind patient and nice. it is very quiet in the office most of the time, and I haven't had any time yet to socialise after work.

I love how my manager and everyone in my team encourages me to only work during work hours and allows me to unwind during non-work hours. I'm well aware this is not always the case with every company, but I guess I'm super blessed! Also, I love how they kind of apply the flat organisational structure in a way that it's not hard at all for me to communicate with the executive management.

Very supportive and extremely friendly. There is no management issues and even new starters feel like they are part of the company.
