What projects/initiatives does your employer run and what have you worked on personally?

There is a lot more work to be done here. This is a relatively new concept for IQPC Australia. Unfortunately, due to being quite an agile environment, it isn't prioritised as much as, perhaps, it should be. Other work-related things are prioritised more often; however, I think there is a lot of room and appetite from the team to work on our CSR. There is definitely appetite amongst the team to do more work, I think we just need someone to champion this more.
