If you absorb all the training like a sponge and execute it and show your eagerness to grow/learn, there is definitely promotion possibilities. I joined the company as an Audience Delivery salesperson and after a year I was promoted to a Sponsorship salesperson and now I look after a major portfolio in our digital events business.

Promotion possibilities are endless. If you work hard, prove your contributions to the business, do your best and work effectively with the team, you will be rewarded.
