Responsibilities:

• Answer & direct incoming calls on the switchboard to the correct people in the business.
• Meet and greet Visitors/Clients to the International SOS reception and make them feel welcome.
• Manage distribution of company building access cards, employee ID cards, visitor passes, and contractor passes.
• Order company supplies including stationery, toners, paper, and flowers other office requirements for all regional offices.
• Provide administration support to Human Resources team as required and as approved by the Real Estate and Facilities Coordinator.
• Ad hoc administration tasks and projects as directed from time to time to support critical business needs

To be successful, you will have:

• You will possess exceptional communication and people skills, the ability to communicate with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail
• Able to work effectively as a team member and autonomously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and ability to quickly learn other internal computer programs
