Sales Associate assisting our Software Sales and Account Management team.

Answered “YES” to all 3, Inlogik is looking for you! We are a trusted and one of the most recognised brands in the credit card software space when it comes to Corporate Credit Card & Expense Management Software (web-based applications). 

This is an exciting position for a talented individual looking for flexibility with a work-life balance but isn't afraid of picking up the phone and making outbound sales calls - lead generation, targeted marketing campaigns and/or just checking in with our customers.

The position will suit an individual with exceptional communication skills and either a current or recently graduated and looking to break into a company and show they are able. This role will suit an individual that has the drive and can adapt to their environment, someone that has ambition and desire to win, or someone looking to break into the Software Sales world with prior Account Management / Sales experience.

The role itself encompasses owning relationships across a portfolio of accounts. Ensuring you are driving business value for customers while they reap the benefits from our products and services.

The day to day responsibilities include:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Achieve assigned strategic account objectives.
  • Establish strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Communicate with clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries.
  • Suggest solutions and innovative ideas that meet client needs.
  • Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts.
