Your role

As their Operations Analyst – Wholesale Banking, you’ll be a key member of the team supporting the business and the growth strategy. You’ll thrive in an environment where you’ll understand, analyse & interpret complex information while working with a variety of stakeholders across the business locally and globally; navigating a fast-paced environment under pressure while maintaining a positive mindset and can-do attitude.

What you’ll do

  • Reporting – support the team in regular and ad-hoc reporting across Operations & KYC
  • Problem Analysis – understand problems, determine root cause, identify solutions
  • Key Control Testing (KCT) – assist with evidencing process control points
  • Risk artefacts – support activities in risk assessments & required regulatory artefacts
  • Continuous improvement – contribute & drive change initiatives

About you

Role requirements:

  • Graduate or soon to graduate in either Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or Engineering
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, with multiple deliverables in a complex/high-pressure environment
