You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself within your business unit throughout your rotation, with the view to rotate across other divisions. We’re looking for passionate graduates ready to make a difference. If you have recently completed or are about to complete a degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering, we invite you to apply. This is your opportunity to:

  • Translate your academic insights into practical solutions tailored for steel manufacturing.
  • Spearhead initiatives to streamline processes, bolster yield, and enhance product quality.
  • Collaborate on projects dedicated to fortifying safety standards, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness within the steel production domain.
  • Tackle a diverse array of tasks spanning various aspects of metallurgical engineering within the InfraBuild framework

We’re looking for a soon-to-be or recent graduate that has:

  • A genuine passion for Metallurgical/Chemical Engineering within the operational context of steel manufacturing and distribution,
  • Australian/NZ citizenship or a visa granting unlimited working rights,
  • Completion of an Australian tertiary degree within the past three years (or set to conclude in 2024).
  • Less than two years of full-time, discipline-specific work experience.

Successful candidates will undergo pre-employment checks, including criminal, qualification, medical, and reference checks.
