Your role

Iluka Resources is looking for a university student studying Metallurgy/Process Engineering to join their Summer Vacation program. The program is a 12-week commitment starting in November 2024 and ending in February 2025 and is located at their Offices around Australia. The program is open to those in their penultimate year of study.

You will have the chance to apply the theory you have learned and gain exposure to a wide variety of duties, plus the opportunity to work on real projects in a collaborative environment to further develop your existing knowledge base and skills.

About you

Requirements:

  • Be studying Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline and in your penultimate year of study
  • Have the flexibility to travel and reside in various locations within Australia
  • Hold a current and valid Australian C Class driver's Licence
  • Possess strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
