An opening is available for a Graduate Metallurgist/Process Engineer to become part of the team at Iluka! These graduate positions are permanent, full-time roles that encompass a thorough two-year program crafted to empower you to contribute significantly to Iluka and advance your career positively.

Supported by seasoned teams for mentorship and guidance, the graduate program is tailored to offer an enriching experience and enhance your current skills and expertise. Additionally, you will have the chance to work in different locations throughout Australia as part of this program.

About you

Here's what Iluka Resources is looking for in this role:

• A recent graduate with a degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Flexibility to travel and reside in various locations within Australia
• Hold a current and valid Australian C Class driver's Licence
• Possess strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills including influencing and decision-making
